The hotel's location is convenient for the pilgrimage to the holy shrine and offers beautiful views of the temples and mountains. the restaurant provides delicious meals in a big green garden. the rooms are of good size, clean, and offer nice amenities such as gym and spa facilities.
Some breakfast options offered were very basic, according to some guests.

Late check out. Just walking distance from Lazzez Restaurant, where you can have lunch. An excellent base exploring Katra. We loved white.

Great views from the rooms and very friendly staff make this hotel a good choice for a city break. The location was also very convenient for exploring the city centre and nearby attractions. The room amenities were a nice touch and the on-site restaurant served delicious food.
The hotel could benefit from better maintenance. Some of the rooms seemed a little run down and in need of repair.

Staff was friendly and helpful. They offered a complimentary pick, up and drop, off service, which was a great help. the view from the hotel was absolutely stunning. We enjoyed waking up to the beautiful scenery every morning.
The hotel had no free Wi, Fi, which was a big disappointment, as most hotels offer this feature. the rooms were not maintained very well, and it was evident that the property wasn't getting the attention it needed.
